Pseudo-mode

A lot of our prototypes use the idea of a pseudo-mode finger. Holding one or more fingers on the screen will make the pencil do a different thing. This is comparable to similar to modifier keys like holding the ‘shift’ or ‘ctrl’ while clicking or typing.

We consider this a lot less problematic than a toggleble mode, because it’s significantly harder to accidentally mode yourself in; You need to physically hold your fingers in place to keep the mode active.
